1. On the Rooms tab of your workspace, click on the settings icon of the room you wish to configure
2. There are three submenus: Info, Security and Branding.
Click on the Info bar to go to the Info submenu.
Info
- Room Name: You can change the room's name as long as the room is not currently active.
- Start Date: You can change the start date of the room as long as it is not currently active.
- Room Video Quality: You can change the video quality that the room will output as long as the room is not active. This can be useful if you are operating with different speeds of internet connection, or wish to conserve bandwidth.

| 480p | Small output. Could be used for small PIP feeds. |
| 720p | Adequate for Laptop/Desktop Computer screens. |

Highest quality, largest bandwidth. Recommended for large screens in presentation spaces. |
- Output Fit Mode: [Cover/Fit] Choose how you would prefer the output to look on your screen.
- Enable Screenshare: Tick the checkbox to make sure screen-sharing is enabled in your room.
